The Endeavor Properties Digital Marketing team is seeking a data-driven email marketer to join the team as Lifecycle Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will create engaging, personalized, and effective consumer journeys that drive meaningful revenue impact across the portfolio.
Reporting into the Digital Marketing Director, the Lifecycle Marketing Manager will have exposure to many aspects of marketing, both in terms of channel mix (owned and earned) as well as being heavily integrated with the website/app team to ensure content across all platforms is consistent and facilitates all digital media channels.
Day-to-day hands-on execution of lifecycle marketing programs supporting Endeavor Properties' diverse portfolio of events
Own the strategy and execution of email campaigns and automated email programs to create engaging, personalized consumer journeys
Build and manage sophisticated segmentation strategies
Collaborate cross-functionally with designers and copywriters to lead the development of email assets
Lead the optimization of template designs with email best practices in mind
Design and implement ambitious A/B and multivariate tests across lifecycle channels
Any other duties that are within scope of the role that may be required
Required Knowledge & Experience
Demonstrable experience in a hands-on email marketing role
Experience building lifecycle / engagement / loyalty marketing programs from scratch
Expertise in effective list development and segmentation strategies
Experience deriving and leveraging consumer insights and data to better target lifecycle initiatives
Experience using an email service provider, such as Dotmailer and MailChimp and adobe campaign.
Adobe Campaign experience is desirable
Expert understanding of email principles and best practices including design, build, deliverability, and legal compliance
This is a permanent position based in Chiswick Park, London
Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
Occasional travel/weekend work may be required
