We are excited to announce that the Marketing Department is hiring!
As the Loyalty Lead you will:
  • Develop, implement and advance the H&M Loyalty strategy in the UK & Ireland
  • Build the Loyalty programme to support customer offering – both physical and online
  • Lead local Loyalty team to plan, secure and direct centrally and locally planned activities in order to support the Loyalty Goals in the UK & IE, both short and long-term
  • Work with Global Loyalty team to analyse data and in turn drive actionable insights to support the customer strategy locally
Activate selling and supporting linked activities:
  • Collaborate with the local Sales team to align priorities and drive the performance of Loyalty within the business
  • Use Loyalty to drive and support commercial goals
  • Identify potential for local Loyalty initiatives, activities and events
  • Develop cross-channel programmes to acquire and retain customer loyalty and retention by leveraging data and customer insights
  • Use Loyalty insights to identify opportunities to support broader H&M UK & IE goals
Reporting into the Head of Marketing, the Loyalty Lead will manage the Loyalty team, according to H&M values and Leadership Expectations:
  • Secure all recruitment for the Loyalty team
  • Secure succession planning
  • Establish and follow-up on trainings, identifying individual and group training needs
  • Ensure that all employee relations responsibilities are fulfilled
Control the Loyalty budget:
  • Set the annual budget according to the Loyalty strategy and follow up monthly to ensure activity is delivered
Do you have?
  • Marketing, communication or business degree/relevant qualifications
  • Proven leadership experience in multi-channel retail marketing environment; solid understanding of retail and e-commerce business required
  • Experience in retention, loyalty program management and direct marketing
  • Experience in customer marketing through multiple channels: email, direct mail, and web channels
  • Entrepreneurial; ability to drive forward goals independently
  • An interest and knowledge of fashion
  • High level of English language, both spoken and written
