The Marketing team are now seeking a talented Luxury Watches Marketing Manager to join the team based in our offices in Westfield.
Lead the development and implementation of the MR PORTER global Luxury Watch strategy in conjunction with the Senior Brand Manager and Global Head of Marketing
Define cohesive action plans for the main strategic focused
Guide and track category marketing budgets in line with key projects & overall category mission in context to the wider business
Work with customer insight teams to build methodology, processes and scope for market research (base on pricing, customer targeting, value identification)
Work with Commercial and buying teams on actionable marketing plans to support business goals
Work with the e-commerce, CRM and personal shopping teams team to drive sales and develop activation and enhancements roadmap
End-to-end project management of multi-channel campaigns including creative input, briefing, time management, project delivery and reporting
Oversee and guide all owned, earned and paid marketing channel planning, annual launch calendars and brand and product launches for the luxury watch category
Plan the Global Marketing Calendar for the category in conjunction with the Senior Brand manager
Category and campaign reporting and communication results to relevant areas of the busines
Lead weekly Luxury Watch trade meetings and dissemination of actions
Lead the strategic planning for category promotion in conjunction with the Senior Brand Manager and all stakeholders including, but not limited to: Buying, Creative, Channel Teams, Site, Tech, Communications
Manage the briefing of the Content and Creative Teams on creative assets for projects, campaigns and launches
Help drive Innovative campaigns through new technologies and digital marketing trends
Work alongside the Brand Partnerships team when appropriate to offer brands collaborative marketing/paid media solutions for both brand and product launches across the category
Act as main point of contact for all Luxury Watch brands and manage brand relationship development
Act as ambassador for the MR PORTER marketing team at category trade shows, external strategy conferences and 1-1 brand meetings demonstrating strong negotiation, presentation and networking skills
Solid marketing experience (4 years +) within the Luxury Watch market
High creative skills and and are an idea-focused individual demonstrated through a proven track record of implementing successful and innovative 360 marketing campaigns.
Strong strategic thinking skills, stakeholder, and project management experience.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills required.
Self confidence and highly motivated team player.
Understanding and passion for luxury retail
Experience of working in a global role with international markets as key stakeholders
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, media and ecommerce
Experience of working in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment with competing deadlines and priorities
Exceptional capacity to work across teams and foster relationships within the organization as well as with third party partners
A sense of humour and a passion for the MR PORTER customer and brand
