Description

We're looking for a Manager to join Snap Inc! As a senior leader you will manage a team of Account Executives and Account Managers focused on building partnerships with Performance focused clients.
You will need to have natural leadership skills; the ability to coach, develop, and challenge your direct reports; and strong senior level client-facing skills. Our Advertising leaders should have a deep understanding of the performance of top brand accounts at Snap and a point of view on how they would accelerate growth in their vertical over the next 12-24 months.
What you'll do:
  • Guide your team to take responsibility for consulting, inspiring and educating all tier 1 brand advertisers, across all verticals on our platform
  • Understand advertiser’s business objectives and help them to achieve their goals on our platform by developing strategies, creative tools solutions, and learning agendas
  • Have command of and be responsible for the growth of your business at Snap and be able to inform client teams on trends in that vertical
  • Manage, mentor and guide a team of Account Executives and Account Managers
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives, especially measurement and creative strategy
  • Understand broad vertical trends and translate into strategic areas and opportunities to drive growth of the business
  • Assist Sales leadership with determining individual quotas and account lists for team members
  • Coach, mentor and help grow high performers to drive cross-company collaboration and impact beyond achievement to quota
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or another related area of study
  • 10+ years experience in digital media space
Preferred qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience managing a team
  • 15+ years experience in digital media space
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (internally and externally)
  • Can facilitate meetings with multiple senior stakeholders
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Pre-existing relationships with brand marketers within vertical and advertising agencies
  • Experience working effectively with cross-functional teams and all levels of management
