We are looking for an industry marketing manager to own account-based marketing (ABM), content personalization and continuous measurement and optimization of industry marketing efforts in order to strengthen relationships, identify opportunities and execute ABM programs across top of funnel (key account demand generation) and middle of funnel (pipeline progression and win rates). This person will work closely with the industry marketing lead, client journey planning lead, marketing analytics lead, account leadership, sales and business development.
Audience research, profiling and segmentation
Strategic planning including goals and KPIs working with relevant stakeholders as necessary
Day-to-day ABM program execution
Identification and support of must-win and cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
Customization / personalization of relevant industry campaigns and content for ABM and sales purposes
Identify gaps in sales enablement and/or content and provide feedback and recommendations to marketing team
Ensuring all decisions and tactics are data-driven and trackable
Continuous measurement and optimization of industry marketing efforts
Undergraduate degree, ideally with a focus in Marketing, Economics, Engineering or a related business field
Deep understanding or passion for Publicis Sapient industry verticals
3+ years of experience in B2B, technology or services marketing
Data-driven mindset – comfortable with data measurement, analysis and taking action based on that analysis
Deep understanding of the sales funnel, customer journey mapping and what drives growth
Fluency in demand generation and sales enablement
Excellent communication skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders
Comfortable working in a complex, fast-paced environment
