Seek out and identify strong cross promotional activity in all departments whilst working to a realistic budget to generate and build awareness of the services, products and experts within the business.
Developing exposure for both departments through effective customer event and CRM strategy, increasing Harrods reach and driving exposure for exclusives and events.
Execute the marketing strategy in partnership with the Group Marcomms Manager - Beauty, ensuring a structured and cohesive approach with key focus and clear targets.
Working closely and collaboratively with the Project Delivery Team and wider Brand Experience Division. i.e. following the Creative submission process for your division.
Nurturing and building key relationships with brand contacts.
Regular reporting of the Marcomms strategy to the relevant internal stakeholders, which will include completing relevant and appropriate reports and documents.
Managing and implementing Hair & Beauty Salon marketing activity and promotions calendar
Monitoring performance on marketing activity / promotions to identify best practices to influence future plans.
Work with the Project Delivery Team and Events Team to organise and deliver Customer/Brand Events.
Liaise with the customer insight team and use findings to influence marketing strategy and decisions.
Working with the Editorial team to deliver relevant information and driving relevant content for your division.
Demonstrate in depth knowledge of the Macro trends and influences in Beauty to help shape and better each campaign or Marcomms strategy.
Develop strong working relationships with counterparts internally in order to deliver against your objectives.
Develop strong working relationships with counterparts externally to maximise their brand moments to our advantage.
Project management, meeting deadlines and client handling on the brand relationships to manage expectations and deliver better collaborations.
Deliver exciting and innovative marketing campaigns and promotions.
Be aware of the commercial revenues generated by the Brand Experience Division and offer strategic support to your line manager and colleagues in the BED to extend the reach of a campaign or an experience.
Be an ambassador of the Harrods brand, the Marcomms Team and the Brand Experience Division.
