Working as part of the Technology Delivery for Finance team, this role will be crucial in delivering successful implementations for the Finance, Improve, transform (FIT) agenda. Reporting to the Head of Delivery this role will have accountability for the global market deployment portfolio of Microsoft D365 to the DAN business network. This role will work with the in-country and regional Finance and Technology leadership teams as well as the London-based Global teams to successfully implement the new global Finance Platform.
The team is currently transitioning from a fully fledged D365 deployment programme, into a hybrid of maintaining the estate, adding further deployments whilst also transitioning the take-on of ALL technology elements for the wider Finance and Procurement applications. (Dynamics D365, Blackline, Concur, SAP BCP, Bellin)
This role provides you with a fantastic opportunity to shape a new function within Business Platforms, helping to shape and show ‘what good looks like’, supporting an expanding organisation and driving change globally to deploy global finance and procurement solutions.
Proven track record in Programme Management/Delivery Management with excellent project management skills including budget development and management
Has an advanced level of management expertise with a strong background in providing leadership and management support to teams
Able to manage multiple projects, varying in size and complexity
Able to determine and define quality standards and target areas for improvement, drive and support continuous improvement; not afraid to challenge the status quo
Experience of influencing key business stakeholders
Previous experience of working in a fast-paced, business-facing global enterprise scale deployment ideally with a finance or procurement element
Proactive and dynamic self starter, being able to take the initiative when faced with problems & challenges
Dynamics 365 or other major ERP implementation experience desired but not essential
Previous experience of balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity
Confidence to challenge and ask ‘why’ whilst balancing risk versus outcome
Excellent people management skills, acts as a role model and challenges others to reflect and learn
Experience of building high-performing teams
Demonstrated ability to co-ordinate teams towards common delivery outcomes in a complex landscape
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Enthusiastic team player, able to work with and manage teams, to influence and co-operate and collaborate
Experience in delivering and integrating SaaS/PaaS applications
