What we're looking for:
A proactive, organized and confident individual who will be a SPOC for client market Brand Managers to support and execute their marketing content plans


  • SPOC for a market based in regional time zone, managing all brands active in that market
  • Ensure market gets right support to proactively drive their strategic content plans
  • Advise on content design and provide technical knowledge, understanding and expertise
  • If Content Strategy support is required, liaise with Content Steward to help identifying best local content
  • Proactively suggest ideas for content optimization
  • Partner with market brand manager throughout the content management lifecycle
  • Management and coordination of local content transcreation and production activity & tracking
  • Reporting activity into Business Director
  • Coordinate and manage all briefs (across channels) from the market and the end to end production process liaising with all internal and external parties where required
  • Local campaign development
  • Report market feedback and deduce actionable insights for material uptake
  • Report and respond to information requests from the Business Director
  • Strive to foster trusted collaborative local market stakeholder partnership and relationship
  • Handle all aspects of local markets campaigns from planning through to delivery
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of the brands and local market requirements
  • Highlight and escalate quality control issues
  • Manage regular meetings with local marketing teams, write and distribute meeting actions
  • Manage agreed local budgets, reports and administration
  • Assist with financial reporting and smooth running of the finance function
  • Support the Business Director in supplying client management information and reporting


  • Proven experience of business development
  • Ability to think outside the box and proactively make recommendations to clients
  • Experience of working in a digital/content production role essential
  • Production experience across channels
  • High level of IT literacy, including usage of spreadsheets
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent oral and written English essential and other language/s desirable (language will vary depending on the role and location)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, detail oriented, customer focused, proactive and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of international brand challenges
  • Experience managing and servicing international accounts in 5+ markets with multiple stakeholders desirable
