You will work closely with Bold’s CPO and CEO to develop our communications, campaigns, and community. This will include identifying opportunities to grow our reach.

The successful candidate will gain a unique insight into the early stages of building a social impact startup and brand. There will also be opportunities for career development and growth, including access to a brilliant network of mentors and advisors.
You will lead Zemedy(our first product) social media and community activities including online engagement and physical events
Building our community, including playing an active role in existing communities, participating in discussions and starting new conversations
Developing relationships with influencers to grow the reach of the Zemedy brand
Acting as a bridge between our community and the product, getting their feedback and sharing what we’re building
Growing and managing our social media channels as well as new online/offline channels
Grow our content including:
Creating new content such as blogs and videos as well as new formats and topics that resonate with our audience
Finding new ways to distribute our content to get maximum engagement
Creating new ways to generate content from our community and share
Optimize content for SEO
Organize our events, including our digital meetup series
Identify, develop and run campaigns on topical issues
Identify influencers and find ways to engage them about our mission
Identify opportunities for us to play an active role in the tech, social impact, and health space Your Qualifications
Experience in digital marketing - especially content creation and distribution
Experience of community building and management
Excellent content writing skills, including experience blogging or writing for online publications
Experience managing and growing social media following and engagement as well as engaging in online communities
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Great self-starter who can oversee projects from start to finish
