We are C for Conscious, a research and brand agency, taking a sustainable, slow approach to branding and marketing, enabling our clients to turn the purpose and values behind their brand into engaging marketing and brand strategies that resonate with their audience.
We are currently looking for a creative, organised person to join our team as a marketing and content manager. Giving you access to a range of creative projects, you will work closely with the founder on the creation and execution of our brands’ marketing and branding strategies. Working on a project-based rate that may vary from client to client (or job to job), you will need to be registered as a sole trader / freelancer.
We are looking for someone with strong interest and previous experience working with sustainable brands within the realm of online marketing. Ideally, you have basic design skills (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign), as well as excellent writing and communication skills, as you will take full charge of our brands copy and digital assets, and work directly with brands on content for social media channels and experiences. Previous experience in managing campaigns and creatives strategies is of advantage.
While we are taking care of lead generation and client onboarding, handling all contracts with the client, there is opportunity for you to be involved in client acquisition. You will be in touch with the client directly, working closely together with the founder on the initial project concept creation stage.
The role is flexible and remote—you can work according to your own schedule, as long as deadlines are being held and the client is happy. While we have software in place for you to work with, you may use any additional software you want.
