The Marketing Department is responsible for promoting all aspects of Condé Nast Britain's output, from print magazines and digital content to live events. The department works closely with the individual brands to provide tailor-made marketing strategies, collaborating with editorial and commercial teams to generate compelling materials and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Marketing Manager in coordinating marketing activities for Condé Nast Britain’s brands across all channels including social media, email, online advertising, print advertising, and outdoor advertising
  • Executing paid social media campaigns, focusing on online audience acquisition and retention as well as on increasing engagement
  • Creating, monitoring, and optimising social media ads and reporting on social media campaigns
  • Co-coordinating all house ads across print and digital
  • Designing and uploading media packs
  • Coordinating marketing activities for large ticketed events, including ticket website management and some consumer care
  • General assistance and administrative tasks within the marketing team.
Essential Skills & Requirements
  • A knowledge and basic understanding of all social media platforms, including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, as well as an interest in emerging social media platforms/trends
  • Previous experience creating, monitoring, and optimising paid social media campaigns would be desirable
  • Strong written communication skills and a keen creative eye
  • A genuine interest in the fashion, lifestyle and luxury industries, an intuitive grasp of current socio-cultural trends, and an enthusiasm for current affairs and contemporary culture
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a small and very busy team
  • Diplomacy and excellent people skills; you will need to be confident liaising with colleagues at various levels throughout the organisation
  • Ability to work well under pressure, to prioritise workload, and to meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude, be approachable and a sense of humour.
