In order to achieve this, we are aiming to grow our sales of our professional versions and free user base significantly over the coming few years and to launch a suite of new CCleaner branded products. We aim to elevate the brand and strong reputation beyond the tech community and further into the mainstream consumer arena. We are also embarking on discovering how we shape our value proposition to keep us relevant for now and the future.
Purpose of the role:
We’re looking for a marketing and communications executive to execute the launch campaigns for our new products and help support our busy, growing team.
This core goal of this role is to create great campaigns that shout loudly about our fantastic new products to the right audience, at the right time. This means working with our various teams (design, web development, digital marketing) and systems to produce marketing materials across all our on and offline customer touchpoints which include: our website (including our blog and landing pages), emails, PPC campaigns, social materials, sales materials (case studies, whitepapers), videos, and more.
Outside launch campaigns, you’ll be working on our day-to-day marketing activities, which includes lots of email marketing. You will be responsible for creating engaging, relevant emails and lifecycles that drive conversion. This includes creating templates and data segments for a wide range of ad hoc and automated campaigns in multiple languages. Fresh ideas and testing experience is welcome!
In order to be considered for this role, you'll have multi-channel marketing experience with a focus on email marketing and great organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • To work with various teams to launch new CCleaner products to the market
  • To organise campaigns and manage the creation and delivery of campaign materials and content through various departments and ensure they are signed off, in keeping with campaign timelines
  • To create, send, test and evaluate email marketing campaigns
  • To report on the success of campaigns across various channels (e.g. downloads, open rates, coverage)
  • With the wider team, to make sure any collateral relating to our new products is up to date (e.g. whitepapers, support center)
  • To share your ideas for exciting campaigns
Requirements:
  • Experience planning and delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Experience working with various teams to produce marketing materials that drive conversion
  • Hands on experience creating and sending marketing emails (including data and testing)
  • Great organisational skills
  • Excellent written English
  • An exceptional eye for detail
  • A roll up your sleeves attitude – if you see something broken, don’t wait for someone to tell you to fix it
