We are seeking a well organised, enthusiastic team player with excellent administration and communication skills, to help us deliver on the Marketing needs of our team and our Media and Product Partners. This person would help coordinate the delivery of creative marketing materials and key company information including print, digital assets and business performance statistics. They will work closely with our partners and some Press contacts, as well as our teams internally. It would be a great role for anyone looking join a busy and fast-paced team, that is growing rapidly in  both ambition and size.
  • You are an excellent administrator and communicator who will be able to understand and listen to the needs of our partners and fulfil their requests either yourself, or via our internal teams. Some examples include providing assets for, and approving; images, magazine recipe layouts and digital asset requests for International TV, Publishing, Press and some Product partners.
  • Your well-organised and self motivated approach will ensure that all relevant data and sales information from our International partners is tracked appropriately and that key documents and business statistics for internal teams are updated regularly - and to a high standard. Evidence of working with either MS Office applications or Google Suite is required for further administrative tasks, as directed by the Head of Marketing.
  • You will likely already have 1+  years of Marketing experience and a relevant Marketing, Media or Business Degree, which will enable you to effectively feedback and grant approvals for Marketing collateral and Press layouts as required; including those featuring the Jamie Oliver Group imagery, copy and logos across our partner’s marketing campaigns. You will ensure that the Jamie Oliver brand positioning and representation is in line with the brand values and guidelines alongside our Art and Editorial teams. Prior experience in a previous administration role would therefore also be highly desirable.
  • The role is responsible for briefing the international Marketing Guide for both International Publishing and TV partners into Art and Editorial teams. In addition, the Marketing Coordinator will execute internal communications plans, which will include email send outs to all-staff, desk drops and staff event incentives around TV & Book launches. As a result, an excellent command of written English and attention to detail is required. If you also possess experience using Email-Systems or Photoshop, that would be highly desirable.
