About Role
This role draws upon Art Paths’ marketing strategy to create, execute, track and report on marketing campaigns around our events, art services, and Art Box ensuring we are targeting our audience and increasing sales for our services, and managing our social media.

Responsibilities include creating marketing campaigns, marketing assets, for example, but not limited to our social media content, press releases, and newsletters and publishing these assets, and tracking the success of each campaign. The role also involves gaining insights from the Events Coordinator and Project Coordinator to promote our events and art services as well as liaising with marketing and advertising representatives.

Having a strong level of enthusiasm and interest in marketing, advertising, and thinking outside of the box is key. As well as having good interpersonal skills, organisational skills, the ability to work under pressure and be both a leader and team player.

Skills Developed
Key skills that will be developed include creating marketing campaigns, marketing strategy, creating marketing assets, and copywriting skills. As well as collaborative, organisational skills, interpersonal, and reporting skills. The role will also involve Mailchimp, Twitter Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Instagram.

Essential Skills
  • Must have Adobe Photoshop skills.
  • Not essential but favourable skills include InDesign and Premier Pro.
  • Other skills include an understanding of digital marketing.
  • An understanding & interest in social media (especially Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok) and strong creative skills.

Previous experience, although not essential may include creating marketing campaigns or marketing assets such as social media content or press releases.

Hourly Rate of Pay
Hourly Rate is National Minimum Wage based on age.

Working Pattern & Location
25 hours a week, working Monday to Wednesday 10am to 6pm, at a location in Kings Cross.

Deadline
The deadline for this role is Monday 27th September at 6pm. Interviews will take place on Friday 1st October.
