The WMUK International Team is the at the hub of all UK artist campaigns. Talking to 40+ Warner Global affiliates to maximize the impact of WMUKs repertoire across the world, creating global super superstars joining the likes of Coldplay, Ed Sheeran and Dua Lipa, who have all been developed within the team.
Devise, implement, manage and monitor UK and international marketing and publicity campaigns
Liaise with artists and management to ensure all needs are being addressed and met accordingly, and that goals and timelines are being adhered to
Manage, collaborate and contribute to processes, expectations, work-style and other elements that support strategic goals
Translate the artist and label’s objectives into creative strategies and marketing objectives for UK and international; conceptualise ideas and create the tools that will work globally
Develop creative assets where required
Report directly to head of department
Strong proven leadership skills with experience of leading a Creative Marketing team
Team player, able to work with various functions through relationships.
A person who has strong technical knowledge and interests and is a regular reader of marketing publications and journals, in order to understand the way marketing is moving, without loosing sight of the fundamentals of what makes a strong campaign – and how to sell something
