Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the role of the Marketing Executive – Campaigns & Content is key to the development and delivery of our customer centric multi-channel marketing objectives and Cass Art’s wider business strategy. Key to this role will be working within the fat paced Marketing Team to implement and drive campaigns which support our brand mission, commercial targets, grow our customer base and drive sales.
This role requires a broad range of skills including a high level of creativity and customer focus, exceptional organisation and time management, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to nurture and develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
This is a maternity cover role covering 9 - 12 months.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO), THE FOLLOWING:
With the Head of Marketing, develop and maintain Cass Art’s customer communications plan. Build relationships with internal teams and external partners and suppliers to generate engaging, relevant and accurate content including: campaign messaging, new content along with execution of the communications plan
Copy writing for all marketing communications, ensuring our tone of voice is consistent across all content and channels
Work collaboratively with the wider Marketing Team to ensure Cass Art is a customer-centric business
Together with the Head of Marketing and CRM Manager review campaign results and ROI
Planning and executing our media partnerships and sponsorships to ensure maximum return
Analyse and feedback on the performance of communications to drive continual improvement in line with KPI’s and company sales objectives
Develop and maintain relationships with key press contacts, write and issue press releases to drive sales and promote the Cass brand and products amongst our target audience
Minimum 3 years campaigns and/or content marketing experience in a B2C environment
Working knowledge of an Email Service Provider and/or Customer Relationship Management system
An excellent and speedy copywriter who can quickly grasp brand, audience and channel requirements
An ideas generator with a proven talent for producing engaging content
Able to think from the customer point of view and to use this skill to drive response
Commercially driven and astute, able to retain a commercial focus at all times
Social media literate
Exceptional organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively to ensure deadlines are met
Strong interpersonal & communication skills, able to build strong internal & external working relationships
A team player with a collaborative ethos
Resilient, with the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
