Support in the delivery of Sky Mobile customer communications across upsell, upgrade, retention and engagement workstreams
Support end-to-end planning, campaign creative, approvals, delivery and reporting
Manage internal and external stakeholders; for assets required and creative approvals within a timely manner to ensure campaign deadlines are met
Support in the delivery of test and learn strategy for Sky Mobile – constantly testing creative, messaging, offers and segmentation of the existing customer base to gain insight that can be used in future
Monitoring and reporting on campaign and trigger performance, sharing highlights and ‘so what’s’ with Commercial and Marketing teams. Recommending future campaigns, targeting/segmentation and approach based on previous performance and learnings
A passion for the customer and helping them to get the most out of their relationship with Sky Mobile
A forward looking and restless way of working with a resilient and agile approach – always trying to seek and improve performance
Excellent collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders and the ability to build and maintain relationships, confidently manage upwards, negotiate and provide clear feedback
You’ll be a good communicator with excellent attention to detail alongside being highly organised to manage multiple projects at once
