Role Mission Join our dynamic team at the Digital Centre of Excellence, where our mission is to elevate the Saudi events industry on the global stage. As a Marketing Manager, you will design and deliver complex integrated marketing campaigns targeting key audience profiles. You will drive audience growth and engagement through all digital touchpoints, supporting our client's ambitious goals.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the strategic development and delivery of marketing campaigns in line with business objectives set by the Head of Digital Marketing.
  • Multi-Channel Execution: Plan, build, and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including organic search, paid advertising, email marketing, and social media.
  • Data Analysis: Use analytics tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize strategies based on data insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Digital Centre of Excellence, client marketing team, and external agencies to ensure successful campaign delivery and adherence to KPIs.
  • Content Creation: Develop personas, value propositions, and messaging for key segments. Deliver content calendars across relevant channels such as email, social media, and direct mail.
  • Optimization: Continuously adjust digital marketing activities based on performance metrics. Identify insights and best practices to optimize performance.
  • Budget Management: Manage budget and spend, contributing to management information reporting to optimize growth in sales, traffic, conversion, and data.
Who We Are Looking For/Skills
  • Experience: 5+ years of relevant digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B environments.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of SEO, PPC, CRO, Data Analytics, Email Marketing, Social Media, Website CMS, and Display. Experience with Eloqua and/or Adobe Experience Manager is preferred.
  • Analytical and Creative: Strong analytical skills with a history of testing and optimization, combined with a creative flair and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Collaboration and Autonomy: Confident working autonomously with partners or third-party agencies, and able to build and sustain meaningful client partnerships while maintaining a strong commercial focus.
  • Results-Driven: Proven ability to deliver against business plans driven by growth targets. Deadline and target driven with strong copywriting and presentation skills.
  • Digital-First Mindset: Ability to predict audience preferences and effectively plan and execute digital content campaigns.
