We’re seeking a versatile modern marketer with cross genre experience to join the ADA family, managing a bespoke roster of artists and labels across the pop, rock, alternative, electronic and rap spaces. Working with a range of well-known domestically signed and US partners, you’ll strategize and deliver campaigns for global superstars and developing artists alike, working chart-focused singles, mixtapes and album campaigns. A pop culture enthusiast with a passion for marketing, a truly collaborative approach and an excellent grasp of streaming and the DSP landscape, you’ll thrive in fast paced environments where flexing your skills across diverse repertoire is possible every day.
Be the primary relationship holder for a bespoke roster of domestic and US artists and labels across the pop, dance and rap space
You’ll collaborate closely with internal and external teams including artists, managers, digital accounts, promotions, social, sync, brands and International to craft groundbreaking campaigns
Conceive and execute marketing activity spanning out of home, digital and influencer, collaborating with artists and labels to leverage, grow and engage artist’s audiences
You’ll champion your releases with the commercial teams, sharing campaign objectives, delivering powerful updates and participating in the formation of DSP partner marketing strategy
Provide leadership, advice and creative planning support to partners in respect of their releases, catalogue and revenue
Collaborate closely with all departments including Digital Sales, Operations, the Senior Physical Manager, Finance and the Marketing Director to ensure all aspects of business for your artists and labels runs smoothly and effectively
Manage the financial planning process including forecasting, budget management and P&L management
Actively contribute to ADA’s business strategy, bringing your experience and perspective on modern music marketing both to your campaigns and our label meetings as a key voice in the wider ADA team
A versatile and dynamic marketer with cross genre experience
Proven track record delivering successful artist marketing campaigns
Proven track record charting singles and albums where streaming is the driving format
Experience briefing and collaborating with digital marketing, influencer and audience teams/agencies
Experience as a domestic project leader who exports campaigns to the US & International
Experience working with US & International teams on high priority incoming repertoire
Dynamic and outcome oriented, with a keen eye for detail and ability to deliver on ideas and objectives
Experience working with commercial teams on digital retail strategies and a solid understanding of the intersection between marketing and streaming audience building
Strong interest in social media and its power to influence commercial behaviour
A team player with a desire to make a difference and contribute to successful outcomes
Excellent communication skills, being the primary advocate for your partners and projects
Accountable and organized with a strong sense of time management
Demonstrable experience managing multiple priority projects simultaneously
It would be music to our ears if you also had:
3+ years artist marketing experience in a label environment
A strong network of connections in the industry and wider music community
Lateral experience in marketing or promotional roles that sets you apart from the competition
