Zoopla marketing is looking for an audience obsessed Marketing Manager to take the lead in our marketing to housebuilders across the UK. In this role you will own the end to end journey for housebuilders/developers, build your own marketing strategy, programmes and campaigns, and share responsibility of acquiring new customers and retaining our existing customers. We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional who can hit the ground running!
Lead the charge in New Homes revenue growth through ownership of the marketing strategy and plan for housebuilders.
Maintain close partnership with the New Homes sales team, with shared business KPIs.
Partner with the product marketing, campaign management, design, content, CRM and PR to ensure new and existing propositions are properly positioned/marketed.
Use data insights, customer profiling and reporting to inform customer segmentation and optimisation
KPI reporting and tracking; analyse renewal performance across the various marketing channels, and share metrics and learnings with stakeholders.
Monitor, adopt and assist in communicating industry best practice, seeking new, innovative and exciting ways to engage our customers and drive business impact.
Experience working in a role accountable for the customer lifecycle using a data-led approach to identify commercial opportunities in partnership with sales/business development
Complete understanding of the B2B marketing mix, with a proven track record of marketing campaigns that drive business impact (e.g. revenue, reduced churn, new business)
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a marketing budget and cross functional teams
Passionate about contemporary, innovative, purposeful marketing
ROI driven, track record of seeing a strategy through, with defined objective(s), relevant activities and KPIs, and reporting against plan
Ability to manage stakeholders across multiple disciplines within marketing and departments across a business
