Role Details
The Role…
This role can be based in either London or Berlin.
  • Own the multi-channel communications plan for all European properties: Houses, Studios, Bedrooms, Restaurants
  • Write and edit copy for all member email communications for Soho House and Soho Friends in Europe
  • Write and edit copy for all member app push notifications for Soho House and Soho Friends in Europe
  • Brief in, sign off and coordinate send of all European email campaigns and app push notifications directly with the central CRM team
  • Write and edit copy for all House News app posts for European properties
  • Oversee imagery and copy for all pages for European properties on sohohouse.com, and ensure content is regularly updated
  • Write and edit additional copy as required for digital channels and printed collateral for European properties
  • Oversee and edit all copy for European member event listings
  • Manage process with local teams for translating all member communications into local language
  • Distribute communications reports to key stakeholders
  • Work closely with the Digital Communications team to ensure consistent and on-brand messaging across global touch-points
