The Role…
This role can be based in either London or Berlin.
Own the multi-channel communications plan for all European properties: Houses, Studios, Bedrooms, Restaurants
Write and edit copy for all member email communications for Soho House and Soho Friends in Europe
Write and edit copy for all member app push notifications for Soho House and Soho Friends in Europe
Brief in, sign off and coordinate send of all European email campaigns and app push notifications directly with the central CRM team
Write and edit copy for all House News app posts for European properties
Oversee imagery and copy for all pages for European properties on sohohouse.com, and ensure content is regularly updated
Write and edit additional copy as required for digital channels and printed collateral for European properties
Oversee and edit all copy for European member event listings
Manage process with local teams for translating all member communications into local language
Distribute communications reports to key stakeholders
Work closely with the Digital Communications team to ensure consistent and on-brand messaging across global touch-points
