We are currently recruiting for a Membership Marketing Officer to join our Audience Insights and Engagement Team on a full time permanent basis.
The Audience Insights and Engagement team champions an audience focused approach to shape strategy, programming decisions and our understanding of who is or is not coming to our venues and why. Our strategic use of insight guides our public facing narrative, provides evidence to support our funding and sponsorship relationships, and leads our understanding of the impact we have socially and economically.
The Membership Marketing Officer role is key to developing and supporting Southbank Centre’s relationships with Members.
The successful candidate will contribute to an approach which seeks to maximise Members’ engagement with our programme by putting our loyal audiences at the heart of our marketing and communications plans.
As a marketeer able to communicate Membership and loyalty products in a compelling way, you will be effectively collaborating to deliver maximum impact, supporting the Membership Manager in delivering and reporting on the scheme. You’ll be motivated by achieving success from your campaigns, and creating new ideas to continually develop the Membership product and grow Membership numbers. The successful candidate will be experienced in marketing, data analysis and communications skills, which are central to this role.
