What are you being asked to buy into
A business in change. We’re halfway through the integration of our capabilities and have started the development of new ones. This is an opportunity to help shape the business and importantly, how creativity plays a lead role within it.
We are looking for a Midweight Art Director. Someone who can create compelling concepts that work across any media. Someone who is up for a challenge.
As the London team is relatively small, this is an opportunity to help build the creative reputation, quality output and the department. There will be some rolling up of sleeves and maybe doing things differently. Ultimately this is a chance to influence the future of the agency.
We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with a diverse range of people. We have a whole team full of clever Copywriters, Designers, Planners and Media people for you to work with.
You may be asked to do occasional visits to the Manchester office to help on projects and pitches – but don’t worry the weather isn’t always as bad as people say.
As you'll be reporting directly to Jason, our ECD, this is a great opportunity for career growth.
The Creative generates ideas, suggest executions and considers look-and-feel in solving creative briefs. They are knowledgeable of digital and its ability to generate platforms, campaign and technology solutions. They can work independently or part of a creative team.
Creates campaign ideas that resonate with the audience.
Has a passion for the craft of advertising and design.
Loves to collaborate with others from Strategy, Media and the wider team.
Is comfortable presenting work internally and sometimes with clients.
Takes personal responsibility for getting things done
Isn’t afraid of technology and data.
Is well versed on a mac and able to produce visuals of your work (sorry boring, but a necessity).
Is always curious.
