We are looking for a Mid-weight Designer to support our Head of Design in producing compelling campaign designs that bring to life creative concepts and ideas. You will actively add your creative thinking to develop and enhance our work that inspires our clients and engages their audiences.
Our clients work with us for our strategic Brand Experience offering and our capability to blend with other BTL channels, therefore, you will have credible experience in 2D design formats and an interest in 3D environments, but most importantly have worked on some big-name brand (our clients include Diageo, Unilever, Coca-Cola, LVMH, Ella’s Kitchen to name only a few).

The role in detail…
Understands Brand Experience as a channel and how a 2D idea, visual identity can work in a 3D environment. Familiar with other complimentary channels such as digital and traditional brand work.
Clear how ideas will work when applied to propose solutions that work in a real-life environment. Makes technical and production recommendations accordingly to ensure that the idea is not lost.
Present visual solutions to an appropriate finish during the respective project phasing – scamps, mood boards, mock ups, layouts, etc
Always protects a client’s brand, works according to their guidelines, and directs internal team members to do the same.
Follows the creative process for briefing, WIP and approvals. Works to internal guidelines of timings and budgets.
Strives to generate award worthy work, able to Make a Mark within the Creative Service offering through design capabilities.
Excellent knowledge of Adobe CC with understanding and experience of Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Acrobat Pro.
Capable in 3D design including sketch up, V-Ray, CAD Tools
Champions innovation in Brand Experience solutions through use of new technologies and production methods
Recommends and integrates technologies to the agency that best demonstrate creative work including necessary hard / software.
Sound knowledge of PowerPoint for producing pitch presentations.
Understanding of designing for digital and digital outputs
Interior (mix media) design layouts
Technical and detail design development
Supports junior designers, artworkers - including freelance resource
Demonstrate good interpersonal skills when working with other staff
Ensuring knowledge is effectively shared with other teams in the agency
