WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE AGENCY
  • A natural storyteller – who can elevate ‘retail strategy’ from executional to the inspirational,
  • A passion for customer-first thinking - ability to find and articulate fresh thinking through insights, trends and stories that engage clients and sell great work
  • The ability to build strong client relationships - a strategic brand thinker who understands the clients’ world and can make them feel secure that you can help them overcome their obstacles and achieve their ambitions
  • An entrepreneurial energy - loves thinking of, selling and protecting amazing ideas; able to spot growth opportunities for McDonald’s
  • Collaborative spirit - able to champion your POV in a positive and constructive way with colleagues, clients and other agency partners

Desired Skills & Experience

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO HAVE
Minimum 2-3 years as experience as a strategist
  • Working on an owned retail brand
  • To a global level
  • Across integrated marketing channels with a focus on retail agency
  • Presenting to senior stakeholders

  • Strong strategic thinker with demonstrable track record
  • Ability to lead creative and client service teams to deliver great work
  • Work well under pressure with strong attention to detail
  • Able to lead by example, be solution orientated and full of drive
  • You thrive on taking ownership of your projects
  • Appreciation of great creative work and the ability to judge accordingly
