One of our Creative team is taking time out to start a family and we are looking for someone to pick up her role as Motion Graphics Designer for the next 12 months, helping to create Digital Out Of Home and Social Media content.
You will be responsible for delivering and leading innovative, integrated creative projects across digital motion graphics media, translating the requirements of a brief, and delivering work aligned to brand strategies and business processes.
Although there will be plenty of opportunity for working from home, you will need to be able to get into our offices in Watford at least once per week for meetings and to collaborate with the team.

How you'll make a difference
  • Delivering high quality motion graphic design across TNL and Camelot communications.
  • Provision of excellent and timely design services as part of the Camelot Studio creative team
  • Working with our brand guidelines to produce engaging and effective design assets
  • Develop understanding of the Camelot business, teams and each of the brands, and their current advertising platforms and brand communications
  • Excellent engagement with all stakeholders within the creative delivery process, building strong relationships and knowing how they work and be proactive in supporting them.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the TNL and Camelot brands, with a point of view on how they develop
What you'll bring to the table
Motion Animation
  • Proven experience of motion graphics design (animation, compositing, effects etc After Effects CC)
  • Experience of 3D (animation, modelling, lighting etc, Cinema 4D, 3D Studio max)
  • Ability to create storyboards that effectively describe solutions to briefs
  • Proven experience of creating and supplying designs for Digital Out of Home
  • Understanding of different video formats and production techniques
  • Video editing experience an advantage
  • Ability to execute from concept through to final artwork.
  • Understanding of social media platforms and emerging trends
  • Proven experience of Adobe Creative Suite (and other creative/production) software as appropriate for relevant discipline(s), eg: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Animate, After Effects, etc
  • Comfortable working on a variety of creative and production briefs.
  • Comfortable presenting work, challenging and influencing peers, customers and stakeholders.
  • Understanding of brand strategy, visual and verbal identity development.
  • Advanced knowledge of creative/art direction methodologies.
  • Knowledge across the disciplines sufficient to lead the creative fulfilment of assigned projects.
