We are looking for an enthusiastic, approachable and motivated person who's primary responsibility will be researching new clients, generating leads and coordinating our new-business activities.
This is NOT a sales role - we don't do sales, we do relationships - as such, the right person will slot into our team and be able to authentically understand & communicate what we do and want to play their part in getting to know and work with new clients at interesting brands.
In the role, you'll seek out and make contact with decision makers and buyers of our services, you'll learn about their business as well as their practical and creative needs and work with the wider team to present what we offer in the most relevant and considered way.
You'll work with management and the wider team to identify target brands and together workshop approaches where necessary.
The ideal candidate will be naturally organised and systematic. They will possess flawless written English (not that it has to be their first language) and will communicate with natural confidence, being great at listening and engaging with people in all positions.
The right person will be a pro-active self-starter who can work alone and as part of a wider team. As well as being warm and personable, we're looking for someone who's smart, motivated, quick to learn and curious.
The role could be full-time 4.5 days per week or part-time 2-3 days per week, we're also open to flexi-time for the right candidate. Either way we're open to a combination of remote WFH and office-based days if preferred.

Experience or understanding of the design or motion industry would be ideal, but not essential.
The salary will be competitive and there will be additional performance based incentives.
