The Online Content Assistant will be responsible for supporting all Commercial Optimization on the Estée Lauder Brand DTC Channel playing a key role in driving the brand’s online strategic pillars forward while ensuring a best-in-class consumer experience.
Support the Online Content Executive with building the UK Region Brand Site Innovation roadmap and the 5-star campaign launches onsite execution identifying opportunities to drive consumer engagement to lead to increased onsite conversion rates.
Support the Online Content Executive in the implementation of all strategic, topical and locally relevant content across all areas of the site to drive commercial KPIs in line with Ecommerce best-practise and maximising the onsite consumer journey.
Provide reporting on all on-site content Weekly and Monthly feeding back to the Online Content Executive and wider team on performance using GA tools.
Responsible for briefing all New Innovation Experiences for roll-out in the UK Market and managing the briefing process from start to finish.
Raise any critical blockers to go-live and keeping launches on track across multiple team touchpoints.
Act as a key everyday support to the Online Content Exec. with all New Innovation launches Onsite.
Own the process of roll-out QA, contact with internal and external agency teams and ensuring we launch all experiences on time with maximum impact.
Identify and drive innovation trends through optimizing elements of the consumer journey onsite including Homepage, Navigation and Product page updates.
Support the Online Content Executive in driving the SEO strategy by creating SEO-friendly landing pages to drive to from all online channels as well as copywriting SEO-friendly meta-descriptions in line with brand tone of voice.
Brief the Ecommerce local photography production and build collaborative relationships with the Digital Studio Team.
Collaborate with the Consumer Engagement Team to curate all on-site content to blend global and locally-relevant content.
Work closely with the Corporate SEO Manager to drive the SEO strategy by creating SEO-optimised landing pages in addition to copywriting optimised meta-descriptions.
