Producing weekly and monthly reporting & analysis onsite performance & customer behaviour by channel - ensuring you use this to optimise the user journey, product positioning and categorisation
Support the Discovery Optimisation Manager with in-depth ad hoc reporting onsite and customer behaviour when required
Managing & identifying opportunities to improve processes with Capita and streamline workflows
Produce in-depth category reporting by channel, highlighting opportunities and underperformance along with actions to deliver results
Management and optimisation of category and navigation structures across channels and devices to maximise sales potential
Managing onsite search, optimising configuration to ensure an optimal customer experience whilst delivering relevant results
Work closely with Digital & IT teams to support strategic project initiatives and development
Working with the Testing & Development teams to test proposed onsite functionality, Backend & front-end requirements and to support Digital streams
Working with Personalisation team to ensure that where possible content is matched to user based on user profile, context (on site) or behaviour on site
Ensuring the smooth execution of trade mechanics and product launches online and managing stakeholder expectations within the business
Utilising data and reports to influence content delivery and placement online with Design and Trade teams
Identify & respond to new market trends by highlighting competitor activity, trade opportunities (Gap Analysis) and website functionality – in particular UI and navigation methods
Support assistants in managing workload, ad-hoc requests and overall site maintenance
Support the development of the assistants and act as a positive role model for the team and peers
Supporting the Discover Optimisation Manager in delivery of the long-term strategy, deputising and up managing where required and delivering the roadmap with conviction
Conducting regular master class sessions with the wider business to ensure the Discovery Optimisation vision is clear and in line with requirements
Holding in depth knowledge of the tools/systems
Holding comprehensive knowledge of their categories to provide specialised support and guidance across the business
Contribution to the business
Working cross functionally with Trade, Digital, Marketing and content teams with customer in mind, continuously optimising key journeys and experiences across all devices.
