As an Online Production Coordinator at Wallis and Evans you will be reporting in to the Online Production Manager, and will be responsible for the delivery of day-to-day content across all WALLIS & EVANS digital channels, as well as managing high profile campaigns and projects.
You will work closely with Group Ecommerce, Systems and development teams, Digital Creative department and wider Brand Marketing and Visual Merchandising teams.
Day To Day
Own projects across the Arcadia Group end to end
Ensure the customer journey is seamless across mobile and app
Manage the development backlog
Have the opportunity to work on developing the Evans and Wallis app
Having attention to detail is key in this role as you will be spotting bugs and ensuring issues are resolved, and new processes are impimented
Collaboration is important in this role as you will work with various stakeholders including product owners, project managers and the wider digital team
Manage the progression of 2 assistants reporting directly into you
Gain exposure to the wider Arcadia Group and senior leadership
Having experience using a project management system (Jira/ Trello) would be beneficial coming into this role
Strong interest in fashion and Digital
High attention to detail
Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment and be reactive when necessary
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Being able to organise and prioritise accordingly
An understanding and awareness of the Wallis and Evans customer
Strong IT skills with a working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and digital asset management software
