To do this, we need to reflect and appeal to the breadth of audiences that characterise modern Britain and we're looking for a PA to joining the team and provide comprehensive PA and administrative support to the Head of Factual Entertainment & Commissioner, Factual Entertainment.
As our PA, you'll be kept busy in a fast paced environment managing ever-changing diaries, screening calls, taking messages, organising travel arrangements and preparing a variety of presentations and documents. Acting as first point of contact for the department, you will maintain relationships with both internal and external clients and colleagues.
To be successful as our PA, you'll come to us with strong executive level administrative experience dealing with confidential matters and be comfortable juggling multiple priorities. With strong interpersonal skills, an ability to show initiative, you'll be highly organised, self-motivated and confident in your approach. You will thrive working in a fast paced and demanding environment and are able to prioritise your workload effectively. You'll have excellent IT skills, an excellent knowledge of Google Docs and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
