What’s the role about?
An exciting opportunity for a Paid Media executive to join our marketing team and support on our global digital strategy. With a focus on achieving targets and executional excellence, you’ll be managing Paid Search, Display and Paid Social channels for Reiss. You’ll work closely with the Paid Media Manager and Digital Marketing Lead, providing ongoing recommendations to drive our performance marketing channels on to new heights!
Who you are
  • Previous experience within Paid Search and motivated to expand your knowledge across other Paid Media channels, is preferred but not essential.
  • Passionate about the digital marketing space.
  • Analytical ability & highly numerate, understanding the role of Google Shopping and feeds.
  • Natural curiosity, attention to detail & problem solving skills.
  • Impeccable time management skills; able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
  • Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Confident communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and team oriented.
What you'll be doing
  • Supporting the Digital Marketing Lead in Reiss’ global marketing strategy across Paid Search, Paid Social and Display Channels.
  • Communicate to our paid media agencies to support general business trade.
  • Assist on creative briefings for all channels to support campaign launches from an executional perspective.
  • Contribute in weekly & monthly reporting across all markets, reporting on YoY and versus forecast.
  • Identify reasons for changes in performance, ensuring relevant actions are included.
  • Provide ongoing recommendations based on performance results for future activity.
  • Working with platforms such as Google Ads, SA360 and Meta, where needed.
  • Support on Larger Digital projects and attend industry events with the team, as required.
