What’s the role about?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Paid Search Manager to join the team, leading with the planning, delivery and analysis of our paid search channel strategy for John Lewis Financial Services. A commercially-minded individual, you’ll take a customer-first data-led approach to planning and optimising our digital performance  and demonstrate your ability to work as part of a wider and dynamic team.

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you’ll lead with the development, budget management, and planning of paid search activity to deliver agreed KPIs for John Lewis Finance, and support the overarching John Lewis Finance digital strategy.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
  • Paid search channel management: Leading, delivering and optimising the paid search strategy
  • Business Performance: Optimising & reporting paid search activity to deliver KPI targets
  • Budget Management: Managing the finance process
  • Relationship Management with 3rd party suppliers
  • Stakeholder Management within the Partnership
  • Builds Relationships Within Team

What you’ll have:

  • 3 + years paid search experience either in-house or at an agency
  • Experience managing the end-to-end paid search marketing campaigns against challenging growth targets.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and customer insight
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and teamwork skills

What else could you bring to the role:

  • Expertise within additional digital marketing channels (SEO, Affiliates, Programmatic or Social) and associated technology platforms (e.g. Google, Facebook).
  • Hands on paid search campaign experience & agency management
  • Web analytics platform experience - Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics
