WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Performance marketing team an ambitious paid social executive to support the Paid Media Manager on our paid social strategy. The Paid Social executive will work alongside the Paid Media Manager, executing the social strategy, working closely with platform reps/agencies. The role will be executing a multi £M budget, constantly breaking ground and introducing new platforms.
Support the Paid Media Manager on the global strategy, driving key traffic and sales to our web sites
Plan and brief in all seasonal launch, promotional and weekly campaigns to design/copy team
Work closely with digital merch teams to ensure right categories/products are promoted at all times
Delivering post-campaign analysis using both the media reports and GA
Testing new formats and new ways of buying media - pushing forward the paid social buying strategy and delivering continuous improvement
Staying up to date with all the developments in social media advertising and the leading PMD platforms
Develop and build strong relationships with the major platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest etc.)
Comfortable managing large budgets over multiple countries and media owners
Pulling together weekly competitor analysis to share with team
Developing briefs to build and test the most creative and engaging ads
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?
Prior paid social experience essential
Hands-on campaign building and budget management experience essential
Team player, who’s used to working across numerous teams
An interest in fashion
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisational and administration skills
Ability to work under own initiative or under instruction
Good excel and analytical skills
Attention to detail
Ability to plan and be forward thinking
