At its core, the role of the Paid Social Manager is to ensure the effective delivery of client campaigns through high quality client relationship management, team management and overseeing campaign execution across established and new to market Biddable Activation platforms.
The role is also an explicitly client-facing one - both externally, to the teams, and internally, to Carat comms teams, ATL planners, other digital specialists and client servicing. There is an increasing expectation amongst our large and advanced client base for reactive and real-time campaigns, and this role is designed to help enable this option, by focusing the Manager’s time and efforts on a large top-tier client. In return, the role offers autonomy and responsibility for one of our high-profile brands and the chance to be a key part of their success.
