Sitting within the Data, Intelligence and Planning team, we are looking for a Panel Engagement Executive (FTC) to join us until the end of the year. This role will support the execution of engagement strategies for our panel, working to better understand LADbible Group audiences and ensure this knowledge is shared across the business.
LADbible Group has its own research community, and we are looking for an Executive to join our Panel Engagement Manager in a supporting role. Members sign up to respond to surveys and participate in studies - and in return they get rewards, exclusive content and be part of our specific LADbible community.
In this role, you are the face of our community – you’ll engage with them daily, create content for them to read and arrange incentives for them each month. On top of that, you need to be very proactive and organised, helping the rest of team with scheduling and coordinating of projects within the community.

What the opportunity looks like

  • Keep the community engaged by creating activities, posting on the hub, replying to comments, and managing all incentives/prize draws
  • Ensuring all communications to community are clear and in the right tone of voice
  • Support the Panel Manager to work with internal teams at LADbible Group with sourcing the correct content, recruitment messaging and comms to all community members
  • Work with the wider Data, Intelligence and Panel team to schedule activities for the community and ensure all projects are delivered on time
  • Set up and launch monthly and quarterly trackers
  • Creation of monthly internal and member facing newsletters
  • Work with the wider Data, Intelligence and Panel team to support on other data/insights projects where required

Skills and experience we’d like you to have

  • Previous experience or strong interest working in media, either at a media owner or agency, or with other media experience linked to a research agency role
  • Well versed in an administrative and/or project management role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high growth, rapidly changing and fun environment
  • Demonstrate a team-first mentality, always acting in the best interests of the team
  • Have experience with supporting / familiarity with writing and scripting quantitative research questionnaires
  • Genuine passion for LADbible Group and its sub-brands
