In this role you will work with clients and agencies at the most senior level to drive revenues within your category verticals. Using robust strategic insights and data, you will concept then pitch best in class branded content solutions and unique consumer experiences that deliver time and again for advertisers.
As an ambassador for the Stylist Group you will develop and externally lead ‘must-have’ commercial partnerships for advertisers, enabling them to effectively communicate and engage with our influential Stylist audience across all our platforms and brand pillars. You will be adept in using our significant audience insights, editorial expertise & trend analysis to help advertisers within your verticals better understand what is driving our consumers behaviour. You will then go on to create robust and monetisable ideas & strategies for clients and our agency partners.
This role requires significant partnerships experience, senior level contacts and someone who can demonstrate they are proven creative & strategic thinker. You must be able to work collaboratively and seamlessly in both the client and agency space and have the skills required to negotiate and close large and complex deals.
This Director level role will also include an extended focus on diversification of our current commercial offering for your vertical, building new innovative revenue generating opportunities.
You will be a key ambassador & thought leader for the business. In this role, has a joint client and agency focus. Lifestyle verticals will include: Ents, Food & Drink, Tech, Telco, Finance Motor
Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate high level creative & strategic thinking at all times
  • Drive the creative & innovative reputation of the business
  • Ensure we maintain the best industry relationships with existing clients and agencies
  • Ability to build new & profitable relationships with development clients that will deliver future revenues
  • Interpret data, insight & trends to form strong sales stories and commercially led editorial recommendations
  • Build compelling category-based storytelling with aligned proactive revenue opportunities
  • Lead positive and productive ideation sessions
  • Create pitch decks that truly make an impact and convert to revenues
  • Build a strong pipeline for your vertical
  • Close partnership deals that deliver positive outcomes and experiences for all involved
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • In depth knowledge of all aspects of digital advertising: branded content, programmatic, video, social, influencer marketing etc.
  • Excellent presentation, deck writing, written and verbal skills
  • Strong personal qualities and a proven ability to influence people and organisations
  • Confident, collaborative and people focused. Behaves with integrity at all times
  • A problem solver, embraces change, challenge and has a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Able to craft compelling strategic stories from qualitative and quantitative inputs
  • Track record of converting big partnership deals and a desire to win big deals
  • Experience working with senior level clients and agencies
  • You should be passionate advocate for Stylist and this industry
