Condé Nast Johansens luxury hotels, spas and venues guide is seeking a self-motivated and proactive Partner Excellence Manager to develop and manage luxury B to B and B to C partnerships and sponsorships.
The successful candidate will be a dynamic individual with an ability to build strong client relationships at the highest level. Partners and Sponsors will include companies wishing to target the luxury hotel sector and/or CNJ’s affluent B to C digital audience. You will work closely with Partners and Sponsors to effectively deliver their message to CNJ’s portfolio of hotels and/or digital and social media B2C audiences. The role includes developing B to C promotional opportunities across CNJ’s digital and social media platforms to the luxury travel sector.
This is a key role within the CNJ team, an entrepreneurial spirit and strong business acumen are essential.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
To develop the Condé Nast Johansens brand
To develop strong client relationships at the highest level
To manage and renew existing partner and sponsor contracts
To identify and negotiate new partner and sponsor contracts and any other related new business opportunities and events
Accountable for overall partner and sponsor experience
To increase partnership revenues
To manage the partner budget
To manage the partners/sponsors at Annual Awards and events
Source and act upon client feedback to increase client satisfaction
Attend industry events.
