The Partner Manager will deliver market leading brand partnership work for the Stylist Group. You will concept and develop best in class ideas for branded content solutions and unique consumer experiences that deliver time and again for both our advertisers and our audiences.
In your role, you will create ‘must-have’ commercial partnerships for advertisers, enabling them to effectively communicate and engage with our influential Stylist audience across all our Stylist platforms and brand pillars. You must be able to interpret and use our significant insights, data, editorial expertise & trend analysis to help advertisers better understand what is driving our consumers behaviour. You will then go on to create robust, effective and monetisable ideas & strategies for clients and our agency partners. Creative excellence should be achieved at all times across all your work.
This role requires solid partnerships experience, mid to senior level contacts and someone who can demonstrate they are a brilliant creative & strategic thinker. You must be experienced in delivering best in class concept narratives and deck work. Being able to work collaboratively and seamlessly in a high pace environment with your agencies, clients and internal stakeholders is a must, as well as having the skills required to negotiate and close partnership deals.
Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret data, insight & trends to form strong sales stories and commercially led editorial recommendations
  • Build compelling category-based storytelling with aligned proactive revenue opportunities
  • Lead positive and productive ideation sessions
  • Create pitch decks that truly make an impact and convert to revenues
  • Build a strong pipeline for your vertical
  • Close partnership deals that deliver positive outcomes and experiences for all involved
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • In depth knowledge of all aspects of digital advertising: branded content, programmatic, video, social, influencer marketing etc.
  • Excellent presentation, deck writing, written and verbal skills
  • Strong personal qualities and a proven ability to influence people and organisations
  • Confident, collaborative and people focused. Behaves with integrity at all times
  • A problem solver, embraces change, challenge and has a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Able to craft compelling strategic stories from qualitative and quantitative inputs
  • Track record of converting big partnership deals and a desire to win big deals
  • Experience working with mid-level clients and agencies
  • You should be passionate advocate for Stylist and this industry
