Your Responsibilities:
No matter what level you are, your opinion counts. You will be part of an evolving team and we want your ideas and opinions about what the future looks like - this is an opportunity to shape the direction of the Partnership Marketing team! As a Partnership Marketing Manager, you will lead a team to deliver supplier investment through the creation and selling of insight-led supplier marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels. Your role will involve a wide range of activities including consulting suppliers about campaign requirements and objectives, presenting marketing proposals, managing budgets and consulting on JBPs, ensuring the smooth implementation of marketing plans, measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and building great relationships with the Trading and wider marketing teams. You will lead a team and be responsible for their development.
Our Ideal Candidate:
You will need to be a talented marketing individual who is also commercially minded (happy working with numbers and data). You will have a real passion for building insight-led marketing plans and be great at building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
You will need to have the ability to confidently negotiate with suppliers and to interpret data to generate insights and knowledge.
