Partnership Sales Manager - ITV Commercial London 12 Month FTC

What this role will entail... The Partnership Sales Manager assists and supports the Group, Deputy and Partnership Sales Controller in the profiling and selling all ITV assets. The role requires extensive customer contact with the major focus on Agency relationships, particularly the Planning community, relevant Client Marketing Departments (below CMO and Marketing Director) and delivering an 'ideas led' partnerships strategy that drives core and incremental revenue.
 
Pitch, Influence, Create and Deliver... We are looking for someone with strong account management skills with experience in the tv/media industry. If you're a driven thinker who can identify new opportunities and offer creative strategic thinking and pitch new ideas effectively, this could be a great role for you. You're brave, innovative and driven individual who loves to work with a mix of people from different disciplines but you're also comfortable to get stuck in by yourself.
 
The successful candidate will have the following characteristics:
 
 
  • Proven ability to build strong commercial relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ability to work collaboratively
 
  • Detailed knowledge of the media planning business and understanding of how to influence Agency and Client communication plans
 
  • Outstanding team player with the ability to work with a range of different stakeholders.
 
  • Ability to brief, develop and deliver bespoke, creative, cross-media communication propositions to address specific Client needs
 
  • Experience in delivering major partnership initiatives with senior Agency and Client teams
 
  • Excellent listening skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and not be afraid to challenge
 
  • Confident in presenting both internally and externally
 
  • Passion for TV and the media industry
