About the role:
A wonderful opportunity has arisen for a People Operations Advisor to join the team at New Look in Weymouth for a one-year fixed-term contract as a result of an internal secondment.
In this role, you`ll provide first line support to managers and employees on day-to-day people queries in line with SLA’s to ensure we create great customer experiences and our people feel supported. Offering advice and guidance, including the provision of People Operations related paperwork.
Performing administrative duties as well as continuous improvement initiatives, such as looking for ways to minimise response times in order to lower/improve agreed-upon SLAs, are also part of this function.
We're looking for someone with strong Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills who have previous HR department experience and have provided HR help and guidance to employees and line managers. High degrees of confidentiality and the capacity to effectively interact verbally and in writing with people at all levels are qualities that the ideal applicant would possess. Additionally, you'd be accurate and methodical in your approach, and you'd be able to work to deadlines.
