The Role
We are looking for a People & Talent Coordinator to support our teams based in London. The successful candidate will work in our shared service People Team, supporting People Operations, Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition. Reporting to the Director, People Operations UK, and working on a variety of day-to-day tasks alongside a dynamic People team. The successful candidate will have a range of characteristics crucial to this role including great prioritisation, attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a can-do and enthusiastic attitude.
What will you be doing?
  • Be the first point of contact for all day-to-day administrative queries, responding to queries in our inbox within agreed timeframes.
  • Supporting People Operations, Business Partners & Talent to ensure the smooth running of the People department.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of the data on our People Systems including Workday.
  • Responsible for the accurate processing of the full employee life cycle processes and administration including, but not limited to, new starters, promotions, transfers, leavers, referencing and employee benefit management.
  • Managing onboarding for new starters including running our bi-weekly induction.
  • Communicating with the business through our various channels including keeping our People Hub up to date and supporting messaging through email and Slack.
  • Supporting the execution of ongoing and new company wide People Initiatives including juggling project work with day to day tasks.
  • Assist in the approach to communications and engagement, generating ideas and supporting in the execution.
  • Support in running reports and analysing people data on a regular basis.
  • Assisting the Talent team with Talent administration, including but not limited to: filtering and shortlisting applications to entry-level positions, arranging interviews, processing offers of employment and generating contracts.
  • Support in keeping the careers page up to date with open opportunities and uploading new jobs.
  • Assisting the Talent team with any employer branding initiatives, specifically events and social media.

  • Prior experience with G-Suite and Microsoft Excel would be advantageous.
  • Experience using an HRIS system and/or a recruitment system - Workday would be a bonus but is not essential.
  • Collaborative and solutions focused.
  • Ability to operate in a dynamic fast paced environment.
