The People Technology Innovation and Insights Partner is part of the Global People Technology (HRIS) Operating Model. The role will be 50% brand dedicated to Aesop, partnering to gather requirements and business priorities to feed into the global roadmap whilst the other 50% will be functionally dedicated in a global capacity across all brands.

Our People Technology Team and Strategy
The People Technology Hub is a newly formed function designed to support the converged Global People systems across all of our brands.
The People Technology Hub will provide best in class technical HR infrastructure and expertise to ensure our global business has timely, accurate and dependable information that enables leaders to make critical people decisions and deploy key business priorities as well as ensuring a superior user experience for all.
This will include enhancing the end to end user journey in the business by enabling efficient downstream processes and creating seamless connections across other applications in the business landscape.
We will ensure this is sustained by continuously monitoring and enhancing the HRIS infrastructure and benchmarking against external HR Digitalisation expertise.
The role of the People Technology Innovations and Insights Business Partner is to enable the continuous optimization of employee experience with the help of HR Technology through major CRs and projects ensuring alignment with business priorities and functional roadmap.
The role will be required to partner closely with Business SME’s/COE’s to identify opportunities for enhancements within their remit and capture requirements for system design.
Proactively identify opportunities for future system enhancement to enhance the way Natura &Co uses technology in HR within your remit whilst also quantifying the associated business benefits.
Act as Workday SME, proposing and promoting solutions that consider a broad business angle ensuring the needs of all stakeholders are taken into account when designing system or process changes
Analyses trends/data both externally (market) as well as internally (HR Business) to come up with insights to improve employee experience
Facilitate communication between different global and regional projects, stakeholders and initiatives to ensure changes are made in alignment. Ensuring we avoid duplication of effort and are able to identify, manage and mitigate all interdependencies.
Collaborate with internal HR, IT and Payroll teams as well as 3rd party partners to gather and document detailed requirements for system improvements and the development of new technology
Get alignment from HR Business and prepare business cases for tech implementations
Articulate the potential benefits from the changes in HR technology in a way that the brands can understand.
Develop functionality in all HRIS systems by keeping tools up to date with upgrades and releases and partner with operations team to manage the release schedule to ensure minimal disruption to the business. Conduct release analysis and recommend upgrades in line with business priorities.
Optimise existing process / system touchpoints and develop the touchpoint detail as directed by service design and innovation work to enhance user experience.
Own the backlog and deliver prioritization of major enhancements/CRs
Liaise with the brand SME’s, capturing new innovative ideas and suggestions, bringing them back to the People Technology Director as user stories to build upon and validate
Collaborate with the business, the Innovation & Insights team and Operations team to design and deliver the Global People Technology Roadmap.
The right candidate will have significant Workday experience, whether that is cross functionally or in a dedicated functional area.
You will have demonstrable experience in end to end HR transformation or working in an environment of continuous change where the need to adapt and be agile is critical.
Proven influencing skills. You will be a great relationship builder gaining satisfaction from working with diverse teams and use this capability to get buy-in for the vision we talk about above. Experience managing a complex stakeholder landscape is essential.
Ability to listen, understand and apply business needs to technical solutions.
Adaptable and nimble. You will be excited rather than deterred by the fact we still haven’t got all the answers. You may have worked in an entrepreneurial or early-stage business previously, or perhaps you bring experience of a division of a larger organization where you contributed to the “build” of systems, engagement and ways of working.
Flexible and empathetic style. In this role you will be working with a wide variety of colleagues, systems and processes. You will have experience in working in a complex business, probably of scale and certainly with an international footprint.
Curious learner. We would love a colleague who keeps a keen eye on external market trends and new technologies so we can work together to ensure we are building solutions that are fit for our business today and will also help us reach our future goals.
Helpful Extras But Not Essential
Experience of working in a Group/matrix role.
Understanding of HR strategies and policies and business processes.
Knowledge of other HR systems beyond Workday e.g. T&A systems, workforce management etc.
