Job Summary:

Job & LOB Summary
This role sits within the European team spearheading the continued expansion of Disney’s new streaming platform, Disney+. Part of the Performance Marketing function based in London and will be instrumental in driving subscriber acquisition expansion efforts for Disney’s streaming service.

Responsibilities:

The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
  • Own and facilitate the campaign delivery process for global, regional and local campaigns ensuring assets are delivering to strict deadlines and required specs.
  • Maintain global, regional and local relationships understanding the needs and nuances of our unique EMEA markets. Where relevant accommodate the differences between the markets in campaign execution.
  • Work with key stakeholders including legal, brand and senior management to ensure the right approvals are obtained and eliminate campaign blockers.
  • Complete clear and comprehensive campaign briefs to ensure creative direction matches the strategy for any given campaign or asset.
  • Continue to critique, analyse and optimise creative working with testing leads to ensure creative is delivered to requirements.
  • Maintain a relationship with the Brand marketing team to ensure Performance marketing campaigns compliment their work and vice versa.
  • Complete comprehensive reviews of competitor marketing.
  • Constantly evaluate creative delivery processes and systems with a desire to iterate and make more efficient.
  • Play a part in new market launches – ensuring all assets are ready to go for launch day and guiding the launching markets through the creative process for the first time.
  • Working with the local markets to localise assets for both content launches and evergreen campaigns
  • Creating a tailored approach for new campaigns for CTV partners, ensuring that campaigns are relevant, delivered efficiently and can be measured for optimisation.

Basic Qualifications:

The Experience We Require From You:
  • Experience in a Marketing role with creative campaign delivery experience
  • Acquisition expertise from a subscription or DTCI business preferable
  • Experience working in a fast-paced media environment
  • Experience with Connected TV campaign delivery
  • Ideally, experience of working in an international matrix organisation.
  • Ability to communicate and influence across a number of levels.
  • Ability to work under your own initiative.
  • Experience using Excel would be beneficial
