The Role:
We are looking for a hard working, creative and analytical Performance Marketing Executive, who will be responsible for planning, executing and managing our paid search campaigns across global markets.
You will:
  • Manage large paid search campaigns from conception to execution spanning multiple markets/search engines and languages
  • Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights to achieve profitable growth in paid search campaigns
  • Execute comprehensive reporting to ensure accurate account spending and campaign performance
  • Monitor industry trends, best practices and techniques
  • Help to build a robust automation strategy to ensure campaign efficiency
  • Work closely with CRM teams to develop our audience strategy
  • Work closely with our business partners to develop our overall strategy
  • Work with key stakeholders in the buying and merchandising teams to inform strategy
You have:
The ideal candidate has at least 2-3 years of experience in managing paid search campaigns. Experience with management platforms (including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising etc) and bid management tools (such as Google Search Ads 360 or Kenshoo). Proficient with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or other statistics platforms.
On top of this the ideal candidate will have:
  • The ability to clearly articulate complex ideas
  • Good numerical skills & analytical ability
  • An understanding of the relationship between media metrics and business KPIs
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work in teams and/or independently to meet goals
  • A passion for the fashion
  • Ready to learn, grow and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • A can-do attitude and a willingness to manage multiple projects
Experience in a Digital Agency is preferred
