We are seeking for a strong, creative and analytical Performance Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for planning, executing and managing our Search Advertising Campaigns.
Coordinate with Key Stakeholders withing the Brand (E.g Merchandising Team, Data team, Digital Marketing Agency ecc)
Support Paid Search Specialists across all relevant paid search channels
Contribute to the testing plans and suggest new ideas for testing, including planning, executing & evaluating tests with methodical accuracy
Be a subject matter expert - become immersed in latest industry news, case studies and best practices; develop a useful network of colleagues and engage in wider team tasks
Clearly articulate complex challenges and solutions
Build a robust automation strategy to ensure maximum return
Work closely with our business partners to develop our business strategy
Work with your team to automate marketing processes and scale up our campaigns (Adwords scripts, in-house solutions,…)
The ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of experience in managing Paid Search campaigns and Experience with management platforms (including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads etc) and bid management tools (such as Google Search Ads 360 or Kenshoo).
On top of this she/he will have:
Result-oriented and responsive approach, with strong quantitative reasoning skills; you must be able to analyse data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations as needed
Proficient with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or other statistics platforms.
Intuitive understanding in the relationship between media metrics and business KPIs in an ecommerce context:
Excellent organizational skills, and ability to multi-task/manage multiple projects at the same time;
Concrete general knowledge of (and passion for) all areas of digital marketing and media
Good relationship and management skills
Ability to work in teams and/or independently to meet goals;
Ready to learn, grow and adapt in a fast-paced environment;
A can-do attitude and a willingness to manage multiple projects.
Experience in a Digital Agency is preferred
