Have excellent time management skills and be able to work to tight deadlines
Proven experience in curating and delivering training programmes
Substantial experience working within Creative Agencies (ideally around 10 years)
Responsibility leading global strategy on global business, primarily in ecommerce & financial services
Will be able to share examples of proven effectiveness & creative awards on a global stage
Strong back ground in digital channels: specifically search, social & content
Experience working with multinational financial services, e-commerce corporations, gaming, retail, alcohol, technology, telecoms, insurance, energy, FMCG, automotive, fashion & tourism
Qualified with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Experience coaching, leading & mentoring a team of 2+ colleagues
Experience in teaching and training
Track record of confidentiality leading & delivering global pitches
