Gleam Solutions is the award-winning influencer marketing agency for Gleam Futures.  Gleam Solutions helps brands provoke action through authentic human connection using our proprietary insight & measurement tools with over a decade of experience in nurturing talent.
This is an exciting time for Gleam Solutions as we are in our fourth year of business and have seen our client base expand. We are now looking for a motivated sales exec to join our team to work alongside our Client Direct to help grow our new business revenues.

We are looking for an organised and motivated person who has a passion for the influencer space and an interest in sales and new business growth.
  • Working with the Client Direct to agree a new business development plan, against which you will deliver.
  • Proactively identifying and developing new commercial prospects with a view to obtaining a brief and converting and maximizing branded content opportunities
  • Contribute to brainstorms to develop concepts for branded content campaigns
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding developments in the influencer marketplace including regular analysis of competitor activity
  • Collaborating with other teams within Gleam to maximise revenue-generating opportunities
  • Delivering each proposal with a unique and compelling format and message, following up every lead with determination and tenacity.
  • Understanding client comms strategy and business objectives
  • Applying a holistic creative approach to each brand in order to achieve their business goals
  • Building innovative, integrated, influencer led strategies and proposals.
You’ll also be proactive and build strong relationships with our existing and new brand/ agency partners and work with our account management team to ensure your campaigns deliver for all parties.
Skills and Experience
  • A confident outgoing professional who enjoys creative selling
  • Enthusiastic and tenacious and able to respond to creative briefs with a compelling, strategic solution
  • A drive to understand and use consumer insight to inform creative solutions that can be turned into media activations
  • Confidence and enthusiasm in contributing to team brainstorms
  • Strong presentation skills – written and verbal
  • Organised with great attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Great team player
  • Confidence, maturity and initiative to work on own projects
  • Strong time management skills
  • Good understanding of the digital landscape
  • A passion and strong level of understanding of the Influencer marketing industry
  • Professional, diligent,and proactive
