We’re on the hunt for an experienced PR Account Manager to join our dynamic campaign team to work across a roster of exciting clients ranging from lifestyle brands to music festivals and culture projects.
You’ll be working closely with the Account Directors and Directors to plan and implement music, culture & entertainment-focused campaigns across national, lifestyle & specialist media on behalf of our clients.
Minimum 4 years of agency experience in PR, with music and/or brand experience
An early adopter, who thrives on being across the latest cultural trends and events - passionate about music, culture and communication
Experience working on high-profile brands, with a good understanding of how they operate within culture
Used to implementing campaign plans, including developing timelines and budgets
Excellent writing skills – proficiency in the writing of all press materials, strong copy-editing and proofreading skills as well as impeccable attention to detail
Previous experience working to, and delivering on, KPIs and targets
Clear communicator - able to easily articulate ideas to clients, team, and media
Organised, motivated and results-orientated
Strategic thinker & adaptable multi-tasker
Strong media contacts with a proven record of flourishing in a media-facing role
Managing relationships with clients - successfully managing their changing needs, responding positively to requests, managing expectations, and ensuring successful outcomes on deadline
Driving and organising the team - managing workflow and coaching junior team members
Implementing dynamic PR campaigns – from idea to execution
Reporting and evaluating work
Maximising social/influencer opportunities
Identifying and jumping on opportunities for partnerships and collaborations
Contributing to brainstorms and developing ideas for new projects/clients
Managing teams and media at live events
Helping the team in writing and delivering winning new business pitches
Continually building relationships with media contacts across consumer print, broadcast and online
